BeCy Icon Grabber works to scan a determined runnable file and extract all the icons it finds from the hard drive. There is an integrated file browser so you can see all the icons in a runnable file, and use the mouse to select those you want. It copies to your hard drive in the format you want: ico, png, cur or bmp.
